Absolutely bang on Jordan. Brilliant read. If also with implementing technology and pricing the solution rather than the time taken, skilled delegation and empowering team members will create further opportunities still.

As a consumer of legal services, I want the work done, done well, done right, and done fast. Clients should not be paying for the professional development of associates or training anyone at all. Technology is now an essential piece of training the legal professional to perform legal work and of helping the legal professional perform legal work.
